Lovely villa with sea view; 12 Palms, your holiday home from home is situated in a quiet area of Dahab (Assalah) in the second row of houses from the beach. Tastefully decorated and stylishly designed on two floors; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lounge downstairs. The separate entrance to the upper floor provides privacy, so that two independent groups can stay in the villa comfortably.
Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, sheltered and very pleasant to cook in. The extensive space allows lots of options for dining alfresco and other activities. Very spacious garden with a large area of wooden decking, ideal for yoga.
The roof terrace is splendid for sunbathing or stargazing and has spectacular panoramic views of the Red Sea and Sinai Mountains. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a lovely place to chill out and breathe in the refreshing sea air.
A good landmark to remember is the Big Mosque opposite the top of the path to 12 Palms. The nearest supermarket is left at the top of the path and 5 min walk. The route to the beach is down from this supermarket.
Price from 15 Euro per person per night. Surcharge for AC 15 Euro per week.
The villa is clean, comfortable and practical, a perfect place from which to enjoy all the opportunities Dahab and its surroundings have to offer. Our manager will help you with any arrangements and provide information on activities, diving centres and trips.
